Author of the bestseller, ‘Love Is Never Past Tense’ which is adapted to a screenplay (J. Walter Cohen).
‘Love Is Never Past Tense’ is a beautifully written historical romance, based on the true story of Janna Yeshanova, who escaped to the USA with her mother and young child, a few hundred dollars and the clothes on their backs, along with thousands of others fleeing from the life threatening and oppressive Soviet regime in the 1980s.
Janna self published the book, which follows the story of an estranged couple whose lives are shaken by the country’s collapse, the question is, can they reconnect in the future?
